This notebook is designed to be customizable!
 
If you feel that each day has too much writing for your child based on their current ability, feel free to have them do either the tracing OR the copywork, as they work to build their stamina with handwriting until they can do both.
 
Each verse has 5 days of memory practice and copywork, but you can adjust it to do as many days per week as you like. If your student is able to recite from memory the verse before the rest of the pages for the week are finished, they can skip ahead to the next verse.
 
Each week builds upon the last by adding a new verse to the previously memorized verse(s), so your student will review each verse every week as they work up to the entire passage. This repetition helps with long-term retention.
 
All passages taken from the ESV Bible translation.
 
*NOTE* This is primary ruled, but the lines are small (1/4") so kids can utilize the center dotted line to form uniform letters while working on writing smaller. 
 
Age Recommendation: 2nd or 3rd - 5th grades.
