This is a basic weekly checklist that is customizable for your family's needs. The download includes all three of the colors: blue, green, and purple. 
 
Editable fields include:
Date
Number of lessons per week for each subject heading
Up to 5 lessons under each of the following subjects: Language Arts, Reading/Literature, Social Studies/History, Science.
The field for Math only indicates how many lessons per week, as most families just do the next lesson in the book each day.
5 "Other" fields for you to add additional items, or write in after the fact what was done.
